The staff members were really friendly, somebody greeted us when we entered the store and offered support, we were offered a drink and were told to come and find him if we had any questions. The staff member was helpful when we asked questions. The staff member helping us was patient when taking our order. It was a good experience for a first time buyer and would go back again.

Visited on three occasions over three days to try beds and ask questions, and were satisfied with products and services offered, then made purchase.

Very happy with the service we recieved in Dreams today. We went to DFS and Furniture Village looking for a mattress and neither stores had a big selection so we saw Dreams over the road and thought we’d take a look. We also asked about delivery in DFS and it was going to take up to 4 weeks and cost around £80 which we thought was ridiculous! The staff gave us time to take a look around before approaching us and weren’t pushy at all like some other places. We didn’t really know what we were looking for and a lady called Karen came over and started taking to us about all the different mattresses and prices. We got it down to two and she gave us proper pillows to lay with so we got the full affect (which may seem silly but it was little things like that that really stood out to us). Once we had picked the one we wanted she offered us a hot drink while we sat down and got the payment and paperwork ready. We were also given 4 new pillows which we were so surprised and grateful for! Delivery was free over £100 which we thought was really good too. Couldn’t recommend Dreams enough.

I had no idea what was the best mattress for me as I have a herniated disc in my lower back, I did do some research on-line, which led me towards firm, I notice straight away that dreams had rated all there mattress's, which straight away gave me confidence in finding one that would suit me, The assistant then came over, and after discussing my needs, pointed out 4 mattresses, he advised me to lay on each one, after explaining the differences of each mattress, he provided a pillow like the one I use at home, made me a cup of tea and left me to it, he was not pushy nor uninterested, the advice he gave and the time he gave me was perfectly timed, all be, mattresses, pillow were very clean, I bought 2 matresses, 2 matress protectors and 4 pilows, a very happy satisfied customer

Good service provided with ample private discussion time and not forced into making any decisions. Good knowledge of products and love the try before and after you buy.

I was surprised by my visit, I was welcomed, given some information and left to get on with what I found to be more comfortable, James looked after me well and gave me some recommendations and information as I went. Although i spent more than I was planning to and to be honest was planning to go home and buy on line the service made a difference and I did buy at the store. I'd recommend dreams currently however not had my mattress delivered yet!

Very simple, great service, made to feel personal and not rushed. Understood our needs, made good suggestions whilst not pushing us. Made it into a good package with everything we wanted.

I was shopping alone and undecided on what mattress would be best for me. I was approached within a few minutes by a gentlemen who proceeded to explain my options and handed me a pillow and told me to go try any beds I wanted! Once I had made my choice he was there within minutes and proceeded to hand me over to another very helpful gentlemen who took my order details and completed the transaction! Extremely efficient service! Thank-you
