We toldout a bed to try Chris what we were looking for and he pointed. We did not need to look further as it was perfect.

We visited the Poole store and received wonderful assistance from Karen. She left us alone enough to try the products but was right on hand when we needed her. She listened to everything we thought we wanted and then was able to recommend a mattress that was not only perfect for us but in sale. Karen is a real credit to your store

As we entered yout Poole store we were greeted with a very friendly smile and hello from Christian, we felt very welcome. What a surprise when he offered us a tea or coffee after introducing himself. He wasn't pushy. he listened to what we we wanted and spent time explaining the qualities and technology behind the Tempura range. We asked for the best and we were shown the best. We can't wait for our mattress to arrive and experience some wonderful restful and comfortable sleep. Christian is great ambassador for your company. He puts you at ease. He is professional and listens to what the customer really wants.

No waiting to be seen, good advice on different spring types & strengths, first thing was the offer of a drink, helpful friendly staff , no rushing or pushing for a sale.

I had actually brought a bed from another shop close by, and we came to dreams to find a mattress, well two mattresses, upon looking we found the same bed but 49 pound cheaper, excellent I thought, when I had told Shaun about this he mentioned that there was a special discount on said item as well, perfect, so I cancelled my item and brought the dreams bunk bed instead, the service was good I was even offered a cup of coffee , amazing better service than some coffee shops I had been to previously. all in all service was good, friendly, helpful and much better value for money, we did end up buying more than anticipated, but well worth the extra pennies we will highly recommend this to all our friends and family
