Dreams - Poole

Everything went smoothly. No problems at all. Our questions were answered. Good service all round.

Bought our previous bed at this poole store 5 years ago - very pleased with the service and the ottoman bed. Returned to upgrade to SK size, staff looked up our previous purchase and advised us accordingly. Very happy

We were served by a lady called Karen I explained what we were looking for and she took us to the beds the would suit us based on my explanation, she gave me all the information I needed and based on this we brought a new bed, had it of not been for Karen being so friendly and giving all the information we probably wouldn’t of brought a bed as we had planned to go to a store opposite but just popped in to dreams as we were passing

Staff where very obliging with information and knowledge without being pushy.

we were greated with a smile and spoken to very nicely. We wanted 2 beds for a spare room so did not want to pay to much. We are delighted with the help we recieved.

although we originally visited your Poole store to look at prices and types of mattresses for our Childs bed, we ended up buying 3 single mattress for all the children and a new bed and mattress for ourselves. The Sales assistant (Chris) helped and advised us, as we did not really know what we wanted or would be suited to, he did not pressure us and moved himself away and allowed us to decide and chat between ourselves. Only coming back to offer further assistance when he could see we may have question or uncertainty. The offer of Tea or coffee was also a nice gesture, No pressure selling is always gratefully received.

Really helpful staff

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because Shaun at the store (Poole store - 088) was very welcoming and helpful. He was also very patient with me and my girlfriend as we did take a long time to decide what bed and mattress we wanted to go for. Shaun was very welcoming towards our two children as well and offered them a drink of water straight away. Also, offering us a cup of tea, which was very nice. We decided to leave the store and talk about everything over lunch, then when we turned back up to the store on Sunday with only 15 minutes until the store was due to close, Shaun still served us he went above and beyond our expectations by staying on another 45minutes after the store had closed to make sure we got the correct bundle of bedding with our new bed. We had an overall very pleasant experience shopping with Dreams all thanks to Shaun, job well done.

I would like to say how helpful your Dreams colleague Shaun was, with such enthusiasm and product Knowledge at such a late time of the day. We will be buying a new bed for my son and daughter in the very near future and will not hesitate to purchase from the Poole store next time.

Chris who helped us choose the bed was very helpful but not pushy he explained everything showed us the most suitable for our needs but gave us time to look a round alone to so we didn't feel under pressure
