Good service from manager made coffee for us a nice greeting and Siobhan validation code 088 was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought 2ottoman beds 1 5 foot and 1 4 foot 6 both with mattresses. Very good service. We would definitely shop with you again. We now await delivery and hope this goes as smoothly as it did in your shop.

First visit few days before shown a good bed. Second visit on day of purchase, different assistant, actually showed us a cheaper mattress for same base so very satisfied thank you.

As I have a back problem I needed to seek advice on my purchase of a new mattress. Andrew the salesman was very helpful and guided me to the best products that were in my price range.

It was just a very easy experience - we explained what we were looking for and asked advice on the product. James from the Poole branch showed us the product, let us test it out, answered any Qs, left us to discuss between ourselves, checked up on us, and assisted us until the purchase. We preferred our experience here over any of the other competitors where we had felt "preyed on" from the minute we walked in. Also, we felt that there was a lack of knowledge from competitors, in comparison with the Dreams staff. We actually went all the way back the following day to re-view a bed frame (had bought a Tempur mattress the first time around). Although we knew the Poole store didn't have the frame in stock, we loved it so much we placed a phone order with David from the Southampton branch. It was a great weekend of shopping!

Chris was an excellent sales person. He gave us time to consider our purchase and understood our needs exactly.

I had previously searched online and visited other stores without success as the space I had available for the bed was restricted. However Karen went out of her way to find me exactly what I required.

The showroom layout was excellent witch made it easy to find a bed to suit our needs

Arrived at the store with the intention of buying a gel topped king size mattress, however after testing the Tempur style things changed. Siobhan offered us a cup of tea then proceeded to go through the plus and minus of each style. No pressure was put on us at this time and we spent the next 40 minutes trying the different styles as we were really intending to purchase a gel top bed. We then left the store to try and clear our minds and to make a decision on which one to go for. At no point did Siobhan pressure us to make a decision when we said we were leaving.
