The young girl Siobhan that served us was excellent.

The assistant, Karen, was extremely helpful. She offered a variety of options for the required bed height of 20 inches. She showed us a wide price range too.

it was not stated on the original order for and the dates offered online were not convenient but it was dealt with by the assistant all was well

I received good customer service from Karen she greeted me and listened to my needs without being pushy answered all my questions especially concerning mattresses and showed me the different types and proved a pillow to allow me to try she gave me time to look and think after providing the information she also provided a cup of coffee for both myself and my daughter who was with me Karen help me with the bed and after asking me questions about what i liked and disliked and about storage was able to provide a few suggestions for me to look at again with no strong sales pitch my order process was easy and i was pleased with the delivery date and what will happen on the day which was fully explained by Karen

Amazing service

The member of staff was really helpful when we explained our specifications. He pointed out options for us. The Bed was ordered quickly + easily, with an acceptable couple of weeks wait. The delivery was slotted into our work rotas without any difficulty .
