Sales assistant was polite, professional and efficient, providing an excellent customer service experience.

The Colleague was very pleasant and polite as well as very knowledgeable. After I had explained my requirements the colleague (Karen) showed me a number of options and then invited me to try as many of these as I wished.

The assistant made the whole process really easy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and asked appropriate questions, then directed us to the most suitable products to meet our needs. She was friendly and helpful without being overbearing or over-familiar.
