Very easy, quick and friendly service. Shame about the long wait for delivery but the assistant was amazing.

We came into dreams today to find a new bed, we have never brought an expensive bed before but we decided it was about time! We had our 4 children with us who were quite restless so were slightly worried it may be an issue but we were greeted by Miles upon entry and our worries were put at ease, him along with the other staff members didn't bat an eyelid and made us all feel very at ease. Nothing was too much for him, the service that we received was brilliant. He took the time to explain each mattress and bed. Let us use the machine to pick the correct mattress for us, listened to our wants and needs and showed us what suited us. Cannot fault the service enough it was a very enjoyable experience!

From beginning to end our experience was very well managed by our salesman Neal. The mattress assessment machine was very interesting and modern informing us of the firmness to choose. We tried many mattresses for comfort and found one we liked and bought it.

Firstly it was my partner and myself first time bed shopping within a store firstly we was kindly approached by a member off staff named neal who helped us from start to finish. He is a very knowledgeable member off staff he helped us through every step which made it stress free for us. once we found the bed and mattress neal managed to get us a very good deal on our products that we wanted also was catered for very well by neal with a lovely fresh coffee. Highly recommend and I will definitely be a returning customer thanks to neal.

Great experience from start to finish

The sales assistant, Miles, was very attentive without being pushy. He also had a huge amount of knowledge and was really kind. He understood what we wanted and explained everything well.
