No pressure to buy and sales persons was very helpful and gave us lots of important information, this purchase was very easy.

Welcomed but not smothered. The offer of a drink on arrival is a very nice touch as you do find yourself in store for quite sometime, deliberating which mattered suits.

Very friendly welcome, was greeted and offered help, Siobhan was very knowledgable and polite. We were offered a coffee and it wasn’t a hard sell but our questions were answered and we felt relaxed and able to take as much time as we needed. The whole process was quick and easy.

Sales assistant James made us feel at ease, listened to our needs and matched products accordingly. He answered our questions very knowledgeably and made us a coffee while setting up our order on the system.

The salesman was very courteous and friendly and listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction The showroom was clean bright and very well laid out I was even offered a cup of coffee something you don’t get in department stores For someone who hates shopping I found the visit most enjoyable and although I have not yet taken delivery of my order I am sure if there is a problem it will be dealt with in the same caring manner

The range of products within our piece band was very good. The sales staff listened to our requirements, were knowledgable about the products which would meet those requirements and, whist very attentive, were not pushy.
