Dreams - Poole

Great service! Me and my husband were greeted on arrival at the Poole branch by Shaun and asked what we were looking for. Offered refreshments and there were no pushy sales tactics. We were given time to discuss between ourselves. Told about the different products. We have come away very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to delivery. Only slight criticism would be the delivery time being two weeks, we were hoping it would be the following weekend. Overall great service and really appreciated all of Shaun’s help, he was fantastic!. It’s a thumbs up from us! Chelsea and Daniel Palmer.

We were greeted by Seckin, shortly after walking into the store. I explained what we were looking for, after he asked if we needed help. Seckin, answered all of my questions with total knowledge, & pointed out mattresses that would suit our needs.

Very freindly staff and new their business.

After entering Dreams and looking around we were asked if we need help which we did on the different beds. Very satisfied trying beds at our own pace

Siobhan patiently answered our questions but also left us alone to think and talk. There was a comprehensive range of products to try out.

We had already researched our choice on line and decided to visit the Poole store to view our bed of choice. The bed was available to view but in the super king size not the king size we wanted.This did however give us a very good idea what we would get for our money. We were asked by a member of staff,in a non pushy manner, if we needed any assistance but by this time we had already made our mind up and proceeded to place our order with Karen who, explained everything clearly and precisely and without any fuss.

Will the help of your assistant Seckin I was very pleased with my purchase of two single mattresses. Seckin was very informative with my purchase.
