We were approached on entering the store, the young man Seckin was very helpful he was knowledgeable about the product and very efficient. He explained the buying process clearly making the whole process easy.

Karen, sales advisor, was very helpful and patient. It was because of her advice and attitude that we decided to place an order with Dreams, even though we had seen a bed in another store.
