The assistance we received was very good, and the salesperson named Seckin seemed very knowledgeable about the products. He was also very friendly and approachable. Seckin left us to browse and make up our minds at ease.

The man that I dealt with was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. He wasn’t too pushy but did also sell the bed frame and mattress to me. Working in sales myself I appreciate good customer service and someone who knows where the line is and not to cross it.

The product is good quality, the salesman did not push for a sale, but left us to make up our own minds after telling us all the qualities of the product. The sale was easy and the whole experience was stress free.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, offered us a hot and cold drink, gave our son a balloon to keep him occupied, very understanding, helped us choice the right mattress and bed to our need. Felt sorry for them with our 2children felt caotic but the sell person was very calm and friendly and explain in every details what mattress will suit our demand. A big thanks you to the sell person Karen i belive was her name and also to her colleagues. Sorry we walked in the store just under an hour of closing.
