Seckin, the sales advisor was very friendly and approachable, he made us feel welcome and took the time to show us plenty of products whilst taking the time to explain the differences to help us find what we were after. The purchase was made easy by Seckins professionalism.

Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked lots of questions to identify our needs. We were going to look around in other stores but Andrew swung the deal.

We were amazed at the new machine that identifies your needs, especialy as I have a back problem and my wife a neck and hip problem. Christian, who served us was very patient, knowledgable and polite, which made our selection more easy. After finding the bed we needed from the print out, Christian showed us a type of matteress that would suit us. He then left us alone to try out our various sleep positions, before we decided on our choice. We have brought a bed from Dreams in the past, when we lived in Hertfordshire, so to find another branch close by was satisfying. We could not fault Christian in all the procedure of buying a matteress and base, and it was peace of mind for us to get any stress of buying a new product removed from such a nice person. Thank you
