I would like to thank Shaun from the Poole Wessex Gate East Retail Park. Shaun is an exceptional representative of your firm, I have never encountered such superb customer service. Shaun went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me as I was leaving the country and the timelines were critical as I needed the shipping company to transport the mattresses. As I had ordered a Tempur mattress I was eligible for two free pillows, these items were delayed during dispatch. Shaun telephoned many of the Dreams shops to see if they could assist, as they did not. This did not deter Shaun, he telephoned a mini-cab company and arranged for them to pick up the items and send it to me so they could be shipped out in time. Shaun is an exceptional professional, thoughtful and truly went above and beyond in his assistance, Dreams is very lucky to have such an amazing individual working for them. A huge thank you for providing such fantastic customer service Shaun.

We were greeted by a female staff member within 3 minutes of our arrival who welcomed us to dreams and offered to show us around. We declined this kind offer as we were "only looking" After another 5 minutes we were approached by James. This guy knows his stuff as is full of knowledge. He put us on the bed to measure our sleeping positions and recommended 4 products for us to look at. A first class service.

Karen the sales assistant in the Poole branch was very attentive and very helpful the bed we purchased was at a very competitive from all other stores we looked at.

I’d stayed over at my friends house last weekend, the mattress was so comfortable and my back didn’t ache at all each morning, it made me want to replace ours!! I took a photo of the model and called dreams directly. This particular mattress is now discontinued but the lady who took my call found me an alternative which was the most similar. The price was fantastic as it was in the spring sale which was great as I could justify buying a new one so soon after only having our current one for just a year. ( memory foam ) Karen also explained why this could be causing discomfort to both myself and my husband. The delivery time scale was great and we had a choice of delivery dates. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress next Thursday! :) Many Thanks Jo
