We were well looked after by Miles. He was patient, polite and very kind to our nephew. We felt he gave us professional and honest support rather than just trying to sell us something.

Friendly welcome , no pressure but Neal when asked gave me the answera I needed

We entered the store with the intention of buying a mattress. Were met and greeted well and asked if we would like to use the monitoring bed to improve our selection of mattress right for us.He explained what would happen and left us to listen to Joanna Page explaining everything. The staff member Miles using the info from this explained the products that suited our profiles include the ability of the mattress to flex and we then went to try out four different mattresses returning to some twice before making our choice. Once we had decided a simple ordering process sitting at the desk followed but not before we were offered a delicious mug of coffee which we drank while ordering. A date less than a fortnight ahead has been set when we expect the new mattress to arrive.

Salesman was very informative, not pushy and very patient.

I was welcomed and provided the service and assistance that I needed. I was even offered a hot drink! I was given options and I just felt that the assistant was genuinely trying to help me. I have shopped there before and recommended dreams to my in laws.

The salesman Camil Christian was very patient with me, offered me coffee, I did not feel hassled by him at all,

The store assistant that we dealt with couldn't have been nicer. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt that he had time for us and wanted to help which is so important. We are very happy customers.

Very impressed with all the staff wearing masks. Chris who served us adhered to social distancing during the whole time he served us. Great choice of products with easy to understand pricing notice boards. Prices covered all budgets.
