Nothing to much trouble, however even though free delivery would cost over £50 to take old bed and mattress away. No option to pay for delivery and have old bed taken away free

Karen was attentive but not pushy, she helped us with the sleep station selector, offered us pillows & refreshments. Guided us to the relevant mattresses then allowed us time to try the different options & only assisting us when we asked for additional help.

The assistant who helped me find a bed which suited my needs showed me various ones in my budget. His name was Andrew who was very polite and helpful.
