We found both James and Chris extremely helpful. They were particularly eager to please without being either patronising or overbearing. They gave us all the information we requested and more. They allowed us time to deliberate and make our decision without feeling pressurised. They were knowledgable, professional and friendly. We like them and appreciated their help. Whilst we were specifically looking for a Tempur mattress the showroom was well stocked with many different makes, was light, airy and genarally welcoming.

I phoned the Aberdeen store 4 times no answer and as I am on a oil rig waste of time for them to phone me back so I phoned David top lad sorted it in 5 mins ,Thanks to David you got a sale

The staff member who helped us, Christian, was extremely helpful and patient as we had to filter a number of options before deciding what we wanted. His manner was courteous and friendly without being pushy in any way and both my wife and I agreed he was a pleasure to deal with and made the experience a very positive one. Des and Pippa Thurgood
