On arrival I was greeted with a smile and friendly face and offered a drink of my choice. I was shown to the bed that is programmed to suggest the beds most suitable for the way I sleep. Which is brilliant saves alot of time narrowing down mattresses. I was given an appropriate pillow to take with me to the beds suggested. The member of staff was very patient and relaxed as I spent quiet some time tossing and turning on each mattress and going back and forth to preferred ones.on finally picking one I was well informed on the guarantees that came with it and on the accessories to keep it at it's best. Placing the order was quick and simple and delivery much sooner than I'd expected. Great experience all round especially as it had taken many stores and online searches to get to this.

Good selection of beds and mattresses to select from. Plenty of opportunity to test the beds for comfort.

David in store was a fountain of knowledge and he helped steer us to a good choice of products that suited our needs. He saved us a lot of time by not having to wander around on our own. It helped that the store was quiet.

The service received from David was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and patient. The Dreams sleep match device was great for understanding the type of mattress most suitable for us, it was simple to use and enabled us to narrow down our options and have the peace of mind to know we were choosing the right product.

The assistant David was very helpful and not too pushy. We had chance to have a good look and test of a variety of beds and plenty of help to choose one.

Our Dreams assistant Chris took the time to understand what we wanted and led us to the sleep test so he could recommend the best product.

Karen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us time and space to try out various beds and was there to help and advise when required. We were offered drinks and were made to feel totally at ease. Overall she made the overall experience really positive, and we would not hesitate to recommend her and the store to others.
