Upon entering the store we were greeted by friendly , helpful staff. Made my husband and I feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole experience of finding the right bed .

n I got home we decided to order a second mattress by phone using the same order used in the store that morning with ease,

On entering the store and looking a tad lost with what we wanted, my partner and I were approached by Karen who kindly assisted us in a very pleasant and professional manner. We were offered a coffee, tea or water on three occasions. We were also give a pillow each to walk around the store with trying the beds that she thought would best suit us. She asked all the right questions and provided us with a brief history of her time as an employee within the Dreams company. She gave great realistic advice when we were thinking about costs and sizes. She showed great knowledge of the products and a passion for making the customer be 100% sure as to what they needed, not just what they wanted.

Provided details of our existing mattress and was given excellent service and options for replacement. Able to try different recommended replacements and given a varied price and product range. All questions were dealt with and happy to proceed with final purchase.

Both of us are disabled and Emily the person who served us went out of her way to get pillows change a mattress from another bed and made us coffee great customer service xx

Friendly sales assistant, showed us the product range then left us to make up our own minds with no hard sell. That was the reason we purchased, if it had been a hard sell we would have walked. What we wanted was there at the right price we wanted to pay and available within a few days.
