Andrew who served us was very friendly and informative. He didn’t over do the sales talk but just showed us exactly what we wanted.

The lady helping was very helpful she discussed my sleeping and suggested I try the machine which recommends the type of mattress I need as I have several health issues which has left me unable to sleep. Having also spent a fortune on different beds and mattresses this year I found this all very helpful.

Highly satisfied as I walked through the door to see member of staff coming towards me asking if I needed any assistance and if I would like a drink, quality of the products are absolutely amazing and high standard , the member of staff whom assisted me on my visit was so understanding of my needs and went out of her way to find me prices and extra bits I wanted to know. Dreams Poole in Dorset is a very tiny shop to browse in but with so much information from there team it made it so easy to complete my purchase . Emily you are very recommended. I visited the store with my two teenage children and after 5 minutes was greeted by Karen who was so helpful. Lovely lady who took time to listen and understand my criteria. She had a wealth of knowlidge which without any pressure helped me with our purchase. A very good shopping visit and efficient
