Excellent range, high quality with a lot of choice. Sales colleague Emily was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, particularly appreciated by a disabled customer. Store is handily located, with parking close-by. Plenty of time allowed to browse, and make our final choice.

Sales person very helpful and friendly and took the time we needed.

Friendly helpful staff without being pushy which always puts us off purchasing. Knowledge was good and accurate as we've previously purchased a tempur so well aware of its benefits etc.

Emily who assisted us, was very friendly, checked on previous orders, made our new order and got us what we needed very quickly! Also we had kids with us in store and she was fantastic with them and kept them interested the whole time (very hard to do!)

Staff member Emily was very helpful and welcoming even with a short amount of time before the store closed , directed us towards what we wanted and very polite

we were looking for a new mattress and as I suffer with back problems we new that we need a firm one but we were shown the bed that does a print out of what is available to our needs and was quite impressed,Chris was very helpful and he was very knowledgeable.A credit to the company

As soon as we entered the store we was looked after very well, every question was answered with confidence, after 45 minute picking a bed the colleague didn’t push or make us feel like we was wasting their time, we was offered a drink, also given a free mattress protector with the bed we brought which made me feel like it was worth it

I went to the store in Poole, I was really short on time as I was on my way to work. Emily was amazing, she was so knowledgeable and a huge help. I’m terrible at making decisions especially when picking something that is as important as a bed but with Emily’s assistance I was able to pick a mattress & bed frame and make it to work on time. I managed a customer service team for 13 years and so I know the level of service I expect and with this in mind I’d have offered Emily a job in my bank any day. So thank you!

The assistant established what type of mattress I needed and showed me all the suitable ones. Then allowed me to make up my mind which one I wanted. There was no "pressure " selling and I was not rushed into making a decision.
