Great service and really clear pricing

Excellent service from Miles in Poole store. Very efficient, knew his products, brilliant customer care manner. We were shown the computer technique of choosing a mattress, very impressive & made it easier deciding which one to buy. Every step Miles took us through was faultless. We were offered a care plan & option to buy duvet & pillows too. Delivery was perfectly explained, just waiting for it to arrive next week! Definitely recommend this store & Miles for good advice & ease of purchase.

We were also highly impressed by your Sleep Match bed, which made selecting the perfect mattress so easy for us.

Shaun at the Poole store was fantastic, he took us through everything, used the sleep machine and was generally a very pleasant person to deal with. Give the man a raise!

Neil dealt with our order as was extra helpful from the start. He helped us to choose our new mattress with ease. He wasn’t at all pushy and left us to decide but was always on hand if we needed help. He made a few suggestions to us which really helped us to decide on the type of mattress we needed and we ended up finding one that felt perfect. Thanks to Neil, nice to see customer service like that again.

Miles who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was attentive but not over pushy. Allowed us to look around and try at our pace without feeling watched and uncomfortable. He thought of extra little details like using a pillow while trying the mattresses out and proving us with refreshments.
