Karen the sales assistant was very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy which was nice and was given time to choose with ease .

Karen understood what we were looking for and showed us several excellent options. She was very friendly and knowledgable and helpful. Sales all very friendly. Good range and choice.

My wife and I were greeted on entry to the store by Karen, who first asked if we would like a tea or coffee and then politely asked relevant questions and gave me any information I needed. I told her the manufacturer I was interested in. Karen was very knowledgeable on the subject of beds, and suggested I lie on the sleep machine to check the type of mattress which would suit me best. We went through the process of selecting the product, while Karen fed us relevant facts and figures until we made our choice. All in all a very pleasant buying experience in the company of someone who knew what she was talking about. I cannot praise her highly enough for all the help and assistance she gave us.

Emily went out of her way to find out if we were eligible for finance, when we were not she was understanding and helpful when moving on.

It was nice to enter the store to find someone who knows what he’s talking about. Nice friendly service he knew exactly what we wanted.which was Great.

Went in twice. First to browse and second to buy/order. First assistant was friendly and helpful with information and I actually spent a bit more money on something with more quality at his recommendation. The assistant I actually placed the order with was also friendly and swiftly organised and sorted out my placing of my order and the payment.

I was greeted by James who promptly made me a coffee, didn’t try and oversell products.
