Emily was amazingly helpful and efficient. The product was in store so could be taken home that day and everything was answered with good knowledge

Never been to dreams before and felt at ease not pounced on left to looked around before being asked if assistance was required ,done the bed machine which was good the shown the range to suit our needs,and again not feeling pressured into anything left happy after purchasing a mattress and pillows which come next Saturday .

The store assistants are very helpful than the other shops I have been they didn't help at all.

Visited the store and didn’t feel forced or pressured to buy then went back the next day and purchased a mattress

The assistant Christian was very helpful in helping us select the correct type of mattress. He was very friendly and patient whilst we took our time to choose.
