I found the computerised bed so interesting and feel that. through using it I will be fully satisfied with my purchase. I was not rushed into making up my mind.

Staff were very helpful ,and gave us all the information we required on the product we required.

I arrived at the Poole store with details of my online full bed selection, with a view to 'testing' them. I was immediately greeted in a very welcoming way. I explained my personal needs, including that I thought I'd need a firm mattress. Andrew started by taking me to my selections. The firm mattress didn't seem right for me. Andrew patiently took me to try other mattresses, knowledgely explaining the different aspects of each product. To my surprise I eventually settled on a medium (albeit more expensive than my original choice) mattress. We soon found a very suitable base including headboard at a good sale price which made up a little for the higher than expected mattress cost. All in all a very good shopping experience.

We came in just to look at beds and Andrew your sales assistant sold us what we needed, We are very satisfied with our purchases So thank you and your staff Melvyn Vaughan

Karen was very helpful and friendly. She never rushed us and let us roam freely.

Your sales lady took time and explained various size options to us. She also showed us the items in stock. She was polite and not pushy.
