Emily was really helpful with our enquiries and her product knowledge was comprehensive. She was attentive but not overbearing and helpful when answering our questions. We bought our last mattress at Dreams, so it was good see continuity in the quality of service.

Karen at store 088 was brilliant. We went into the store as a browsing exercise intending to go elsewhere to compare products. However she was so friendly, down to earth, helpful and not pushy in any way whatsoever that we were able to find what we wanted and decided to buy from her there and then. She explained the Sleep Match and gave us all the time we wanted to try different mattresses and make a decision.
