My daughter needed a new bed we didn't want to be shopping for long - so appreciated the speedy, no nonsense service. The quick delivery time and a very welcome cup of tea whilst the order was being placed was most appreciated.

The experience we had was great and so easy to find a mattress that suited both me and my partner. The sales guy was great.

During our visit Shaun approached us to ask if we needed help, perfectly put across with no pressure but giving us his full time if required. We did ask his help and advise. We found two items we liked but then left and went to look in a couple of other shops selling similar quality beds. We found one identical but £50 cheaper, however, the customer service in this shop was not in any way acceptable to us and the sole reason we returned to Dreams was because of the outstanding customer service Shaun gave us. This continued throughout the purchase, we were made to feel valued customers and all our needs were met, our questions answered fully. Thank you Shaun and Dreams, we are now looking forward to our delivery.

Staff member was very helpful, polite and not overly intrusive why we, my wife and, viewed the products we were interested in purchasing.
