Emily who served us welcomed us in the store, she then helped us try all the beds we were looking for with certain little details . Made us a coffee while we completed our decision She was extremely knowledgeable on all need types Anything we asked she did . I will come back here to buy again solely for this person she is a great asset to you and deserves the recognition and reward .

The range of products was very good and the technology used to discover the type mattress we should buy was very good. Above all the shop assistant Camil-Christian who helped us was outstanding. His knowledge was excellent as was his manner and ability to work what our needs were. He had time and patience and we are very pleased with the outcome of our visit. The follow up support from customer services has also been very good. I would say every one have dealt so far have been a credit to your company and the training of your employees.

Andrew the salesperson at Poole was excellent especially by comparison to other retailers in the area. We only intended browsing when we went in to the store but have come away with a new bed and mattress for our new home feeling very content. At no point did we feel pressured and overall had a very good experience.

It was easy to find what I was looking for after speaking to Shaun who showed me the range of products before leaving me to browse and try out the products on offer. I found a mattress at a price I was very satisfied with as bedding can be very expensive. The customer service was excellent and I will return in the future when I require more bedding.
