Young man gave us time to come into store and have a look around then came over explained what i wanted put us in bed to do are measurements then offerd us 3 beds to look at even pillows to suit are needs was not pressured in anyway nice tea and coffe offered to us in and out wirhin 1 hour and chris was very polite and knows his stuff

We walked into the shop and there was an air of cleanliness about the whole place and staff were very friendly. My son had phoned prior to are visit to see if the item was in stock so the item could be tried out and the assistant knew all about the phone call, very impressed! When we sat down to complete order and pay we were offered a hot drink which was very much appreciated.

The staff were very welcoming without being intrusive and the store was well laid-out, light and spacious. The range of products was good and when we began to require help, store staff were quickly on-hand to assist. Their product knowledge and advice were invaluable in helping us to narrow down our choices and when we were in the last stages, and taking our time, the staff were extremely patient and understanding. The ordering process was straightforward and we were quickly made happy that all aspects of the order had been taken care of.
