I was looking to buy a single bed,l was approached by a sales adviser and he told me what you had and left me to stroll around your store so l could make my decidtion. When l was ready l spoke to the sales adviser, then he helped to choose a mattress. I eas very impressed with him and how quickly my purchase was made.

all questions answered to our satisfaction, and given the chance to try the product before buying, cannot wait to try it at home.

It was relatively quick. The new mattress analysis system meant I didn't spend lots of time trying different mattresses over and over again. Add to this Shaun's knowledge & friendliness, and a boring process became interesting and felt like a useful use of my time.
