I knew what I wanted as far as the bed frame was concerned but I wanted to check out the mattresses to see which one I preferred and Emma very kindly walked round and showed me plenty of options.

Christian was very helpful and friendly without making me feel at all pressured into a sale. He was on hand to explain about the different qualities of the products and demonstrated their ease of use. All together a very good experience, I had only been going to have a look but decided to buy that day because of the 20% discount offer and because he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product I chose. Nothing was too much trouble, I have since recommended Dreams to friends.
