The member staff (Emily I think) was very helpful and came across as very keen to help us get the mattress we needed.

We told the member of staff what we were looking for and he guided us through the process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant. His name was Chris. The beds we were looking at were good quality and the layout of the store was easy to follow and spacious. We received prompt and friendly service.

I got what i wanted within my budget price bracket which i was not expecting

No pressure just the right amount of input, not pressureised at all
