Could have taken new mattresses then . But had to have delivered so old one would be collected

From the minute we entered the store we felt valued. We were made to feel very welcome but not pressurised in any way. We used the equipment to help us make the right choice of mattress and were given plenty of time to decide what to purchase.

This was our second visit. The first visit we were helped to find the mattress we decided to buy. The second visit was to buy a bed and order both bed and mattress. We were looked after well. Everything made clear to us - very friendly efficient service with knowledgable staff

Sales assistant understood my needs and spent a long time helping me even though it was at the end of the day.
