Karen. At the Poole, Dorset branch was so very helpful showing us different styles of frames and tested us for the right mattress. Very friendly without being pushy leaving us to look at all recommended items. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Assistant was very helpful and listened to our needs and did her best to make sure we were satisfied.

Andrew who served us at the Poole store was very knowledgeable and he took time to show us all the recommended mattresses and assess with us which would suit us best. He also showed us a range of bed frames and options. He did not try to push us into decisions but gave us considered advice; it was clear that he was experienced and competent. He had a very pleasant and helpful manner, even though we probably held him back from his lunch!

We found the staff very attentive and once we had used the sleep machine Karen went out of her way to show us all the appropriate mattresses even offering us coffee as we went. Was a very easy shop and delivery just when we wanted.
