The staff member Chris was excellent friendly kind and made it very easy as we had two small children in store with us. He showed us all the options we wanted to see. He wasn't pushy. He was very helpful and saved us some money to.

The friendliness, helpfulness of the staff was a big factor in our decision to buy. Also, Their expertise made us think slightly differently with regard to our purchase which had given us a better combination. Their patience and 'no hard sell' approach made our visit extremely pleasant.

Karen was truly excellent with her customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right bed for my needs while giving me options to choose from. I will definitely be recommending Dreams to family and friends......looking forward to sleeping on my new bed🤭💃

Chris who dealt with our order was absolutely brilliant. Lovely colleague who helped is find exactly what we were looking for without being pushy.

Andrew our Salesman spent a few hours with us on Friday he was really helpful and allowed us to take our time while choosing the right bed. We then went home and returned on Sunday to place our order yet again he allowed us to make sure we are making the right choice . Fantastic service . A credit to dreams

Christian was very helpful whilst not being pushy. Whilst he introduced himself shortly after we arrived, he gave us some space to look around before he caught up with us. He was very easy to deal with.

We attended the dreams store in Poole, Dorset. Received amazing service from Chris. The bed and mattress just sold itself but Chris was there guiding us through our purchase. It's alot of money to spend and you need to find the perfect mattress for us . Even got a cup of tea during our purchase. I have alway used dreams and Alway will in the future.
