Friendly happy staff found us what we wanted no hard sale pitch

We only visited to see what was on offer, we didn't intend to buy on this visit. A really young trainee came over to us called Miles, in the Poole branch and offered assistance. I'm a negative customer to pushy salesmen BUT Miles came over as a really gentle, knowledgeable assistant without a pushing, demanding style, instead he was grounded, level and understanding of our needs without pressure. We experienced the dreams computer experience and he directed us to the right product for us and offered a beverage while we browsed without feeling 'looked over' he gave us space. From 'just looking ' to purchasing that day was down to quality service and so happy we visited, now can't wait for delivery !!

We were in a rush, my wife had to be at work. We took the bed test, got the results, where show the bed and found what we wanted pretty quickly.

Emily was wonderful. She made me a lovely cup of tea. She was very knowledgeable and showed me lots of mattresses
