I have a partner who hates shopping so it needs to be a fast and stress free experience. We enjoyed trying out the tester electric bed analysis which confirmed our requirements and minimised the amount of time we spent looking for a mattress. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. A great shopping experience.

We were served by Chris at Poole Dorset store he was very friendly and helpful and we found the whole experience was very pleasant and he was very competent. We have had staff before and he would be a very valued member if he was working for us.

It was easy. With the help of your special machine I was able to get technical knowledge of the best bed for me and not just lying on any old bed wondering what was best. The assistant was friendly and helpful

We were approached by staff shortly after entering store. Who showed us various types of mateess we were looking for. He was very knowledgable about the different types of spring. Friendly and not pushy at all. Offerred us a cup of tea. Completed transaction v swiftly. Matress being delivered 7 days later. Very happy as had to camcel a matress bought elsewhere as 6 week wait.

Friendly, helpful, polite and showed me everything that I needed to know he was very patient.

Shaun was very helpful in showing us a variety of mattresses. He was not pushy but listened to what we wanted. In fact we had not intended to buy a mattress on this visit but felt confident it was the right choice and time. I particularly liked the 3D scanner. This made it much easier to see the right choices. We had visited a year before and felt overwhelmed by choice.

Karen who assisted me was very very helpful. I also liked the time she spent with me with your computer bed to ensure I had the correct mattress for my age etc.

Friendly welcome from staff, we were made to feel valued. Member of staff asked detailed questions and after the sleep assessment were shown 3 different options in different price bands. Member of staff had good product knowledge and understanding of our needs and requirements.

Andrew was exceptionally helpful. He used the results of the sleep matched and ensured I had tried every mattress recommended. He gave my different pillows to try and was honest and helpful throughout the who experience. I felt confident in the choice I made.
