We were greeted by a smiling Emily on arrival. She showed us products we were interested in. Checked stock, had great product knowledge, offered us drinks, left us to brows when we wanted to and the returned when we needed help. She couldn't have been any more helpful and efficient.

Karen who dealt with the telesales was fantastic. My father cancelled an order with your Bolton Store due to the lack of service but Karen was the complete opposite. She is a credit to your organisation and deserves a christmas bonus. Your customer services team has been brilliant too in particular Anna Welsh and Samantha Mullett.

I walked in not knowing what I wanted and a member of staff asked if she could help and gave excellent advice and this resulted in me buying from the store. I also received a complimentary mattress protector and free delivery.
