Emily, the store assistant was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience really positive. We had very little knowledge of the type of mattress we needed, and the variety of types on offer. She talked us through the whole process and was clearly very knowledgeable in the area. She was friendly had impeccable customer service and we didn't feel at all pressured.

Your staff Miles and Emily are a credit to your business. They were both very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They both helped me greatly to choose the right mattress. They took the time to listen to and understand my situation and to make sure that I got exactly what I needed, without being salesy, salesy and pushing me out of my comfort zone. I trusted them both and was happy to make my purchase in your shop because of it. Also, when I made them aware of my hearing difficulties they were both understanding and adjusted their speaking appropriately without making me feel alienated or embarrassed. Miles introduced me to the computerised sleep station thing that measures you and lets you know the best type of mattress. The customer service we received was great in store. The lady showed us all of our options for the firmness of mattress we required and helped us understand the different between all of our choices.
