The service was brilliant and with Emily being happy to help and not pushy, that made it really nice. We don't like be hounded when going into a shop, which is something we have experienced in other shops. She made us feel welcome and catered to our needs. Especially with being pregnant, it made the whole experience simple and easy. We thought the sleep machine was useful as it helped us narrow down our search instantly without having to lay on millions of mattresses which made the time in store significantly less. If Emily hadn't have been as approachable and as lovely as she was we wouldn't have felt comfortable to ask for help but I am very glad we did :)

very helpful service, no big sell or pressure to buy just because. Emily was helpful , knowledgeable and friendly during our visit, she showed us a variety of beds that met our criteria, and allowed us to make our own decisions

Andrew was extremely helpful & efficient. Although I only ordered a bed frame & bedside tables, he talked through the various options for a new mattress, for future reference. The complimentary coffee was much appreciated too. Prior to my visit I had researched bed prices & Dreams definitely came out on top! 😊

Nothing was to much bother for Chris helping me find a great mattress. He listened and gave me lots of options within my budget.
