Dreams - Poole

We purchased four beds from Dreams, Poole. The member of staff was extremely helpful and had an excellent knowledge of all the beds we looked at and was able to answer all our questions, while allowing us time to discuss our opinions amongst ourselves.. We got 60% off the mattresses in the January sale, meaning we got an absolute bargain! I’d highly recommend Dreams based on our experience.

Miles was a most helpful polite and knowledgeable member of staff who made us feel welcome and he took good care of all our queries and needs efeciently.

I came into the store with a good idea of the bed I wanted to buy, but wanting to see it in real life and have some questions answered. Andrew showed me to the bed, answered all the questions and showed me the similar bed with the manual lift ottoman to compare. He talked me through all the things I wanted to know, and was a very good sales man - up-selling the pillows and guarantee extension as well. I wasn't planning on buying a mattress that day, but asked him for some advice on what kind of mattress I should be looking at. He was very knowledgeable, talking through lots of options and letting me test them out. He gave me space to decide and very positive and calm, even though the store was nearly closing. I ended up buying the mattress that day too! He was a fantastic help and made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

The assistant (Chris) was very attentive and complied with my all requests, i hope the mattress i chose, which was recommended by him will be as good as it felt in store.

Andrew was friendly and helpful, allowing me to look at all options before giving me time to decide on the perfect bed prior to making my purchase.

Good sales assistant and time spent explaining products

we were looked after from the moment we entered the store. we had personal assistance and made to feel we were the assistants no 1 priority.

Found the scanning machine useful and the salesman knew the products well. There was no pressure out on us and we had plenty of opportunity to view other products.

No issues, a good experience and the mattress we particularly wanted was in the sale. Polite staff who left us to browse, but were on hand when we needed assistance.

The staff were very attentive and Camil-Christian at Poole especially. All staff seemed to be knowledgeable. Advice was given and made sense and incentives also .. the free pillow was helpful and incentivised me to make a choice and order from Dreams.
