Andrew was the colleage who served us and he was very informative and helpful. He started by encouraging us to use the sleep position machine and then we tried out all the options which really helped with our final choice. We are very happy with our experience.

Had to wait a little while for a salesman to become available but he was excellent and after discussing recommended a mattress. Not getting delivery until next week so unable to tell if choice right.

We were given excellent service (including coffee), useful advice, a chance to try the bed, and plenty of time for consideration of the items. I placed a repeat order a few days later by phone, and this was dealt with with the same courtesy and efficiency. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
