We went to the Poole store twice.The first time Miles helped us to find out what kind of mattress would be good for us he was very helpful, polite and wasn’t pushy. The second time Neal helped us, again very helpful and polite. He made it feel very easy when we purchased our bed.

From the start of our process of buying a new mattress until the end Chris (Poole Store) was the ultimate professional. He listened carefully to my husband (who has had a spinal fusion) and found us the perfect mattress to suit both of us. He also encouraged us to buy Tempur pillows. The man is a credit to your company. Not pushy just very competent and knows his products well..
