We called a few weeks ago and the Chris assisted us with our choice- we decided to think about it and returned this week. Chris remembered us and was just as efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous as before. We did not feel under pressure to buy which happens all too often these days. Chris did not make us feel as though we had wasted his time on our first visit

I have had to wait over 3 weeke for delivery and my head base is 7 weeks for my bed base . It said 4 weeks on website

Excellent customer service both from Emily (088) and Miles. We were looking to purchase a sofa bed. Came in to the Poole store 3 times before making a decision eventually purchasing through Emily who took the time to open several sofa beds and listen to our concerns. Didn't make us feel we were being a nuisance thank you Emily.
