The gentleman assisting us talked us all the way through, from using the bed diagnostic experience to then really ensure that both of us were happy with the firmness of the bed. He even gave us pillows that suited us, to walk around the shop floor and try the various mattresses. He was honest about the money and the pros and cons of each. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision. When we did, we were offered a cuppa whilst the order was being processed. He made use of his time by leaving us to decide for a bit, and using that time to find out availability. Overall he really understood what we were looking for and actually guided us through the whole process. I wouldn't have thought there was much difference between firm beds, but actually there really was. Thank you for all your help!

The lady serving me Emily was attentive without being pushy, responded well to all questions and provide a drink upon arrival and talked to the entire party. I was purchasing a bed for my daughter and her boyfriend. She assisted them in making an appropriate selection and directed all financial comments to me as the purchaser. A professional approach.

For such an expensive purchase, I was feeling overwhelmed when I walked into the shop on Sat 8th Fed 2020. Miles greeted me with a calm nature. I did the in store bed test and then he continued to help me until I found exactly what I wanted. My husband and I are both disabled and he sensitively advised us. He really was an exceptionally polite, friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Thank You so much Miles!
