I was recommended to you by a friend and I took her with me, the sales person was helpful and explained everything as I wanted an adjustable bed. I settled on a 4ft bed and was given a delivery date of about 3 weeks which suited me fine, however I received a text asking to deliver next week, how good was that ! I accepted, then had to cancel it till the end of April because of Coronavirus as I have been told to self isolate ( I have Chronic Lung Disease ) but look forward to receiving my bed

On my arrival Emily greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help, after informing her I was just looking she offered me a drink and said if there was anything I needed she was available for me. This is great as I didn’t feel awkward for someone hovering beside me while I was looking. After finally deciding on a bed I liked I was then confused with mattresses. Emily has great knowledge and understood what I was looking for. After answering my questions I said to Emily I would come find her once I had decided, I approached Emily who helped complete the sale which was quick and easy. Making my overall experience very positive without the need of shopping around at other stores or still going home confused, undecided and without a bed and mattress.
