brought one mattress and had to exchange it, both customer services and the store were so helpful. Got a new product for my son, hes so happy now. Great team is store & really helpful young lady on customer services. will be back to buy more items in the future & will tell friends/family

The store had a really good choice of beds to try. Chris, the sales assistant was careful to listen to our needs and showed great product knowledge in showing us suitable mattresses. He made the process enjoyable and we had a clear idea of our choices.
