Dreams - Poole

Miles in the Poole store was extremely good, he listened to what we wanted and wasn't pushy. As we left the store we commented on how nice it feels when you receive good quality customer service.

Karen was delightful and obviously had a good rapport with her colleagues as well. She was unable to show me items I was interested in because Dreams don't stock them, however she did show me alternatives which I anticipate will be highly satisfying. She arranged delivery of items purchased and explained the process clearly. Oddly we went to Dreams because we took the wrong lane at the traffic lights and they were then the nearest, it may turn out to be serendipitous. I await the arrival of my pillows and my new mattress with anticipation. Regards Mary Longson

The assistant was very knowledgeable of the products. He didn't hurry me and being disabled that means a lot.
