Lisa your sales lady at dreams braintree was very knowledgeable and efficient. First testing my wife and I on a test bed we found the mattress that suited us both,we hope,as mattress arrives next week

We were very warmly welcomed into the store by extremely professional staff. Ann, who served us, was very knowledgable about all the products and gave us a lot of good advice. We were not rushed in any way, were served coffee and made to fell quite relaxed. All the other staff members were also friendly and the whole atmosphere in the store was very pleasant. Our bed was delivered last week on the day and at the time requested and Tom and Terry were, as it seems like all Dreams staff, friendly, efficient and professional and took the bed to the room of our choice. It seems to us that nothing is a problem for any of your staff and they carry out all duties in a kindly and friendly way - quite different to some other stores!

We visited the store on Thursday to look at purchasing a new bed , we were set on a double and not sure about how to choose a mattress. We were approached by Kerry ( Braintree) who was extremely helpful , friendly and very good at her job. We went up measured up and returned the next day to purchase our new king size bed . The way in which we chose our mattress was amazing and I’m so glad I didn’t just choose on line but went into the store. Kerry was delightful and we will be returning in the future for further purchases for our home !! Thanks again

We have previously purchased Tempur mattress and pillows and received brilliant help, so when purchasing new spare bed and new base, we would only go to Dreams for the same good service, overall a superb experience.
