James was fantastic. Talked us through the whole process and patiently let us try a number of the mattresses more than once!

I was highly satisfied with this Dreams store because the assistant allowed me to browse and was available when I wished to place my order. This was not the case in your Bury St Edmunds branch. As soon as my daughter and I walked in the door we were pounced on (figuratively speaking) without even having time to look. We left immediately without purchasing. It was an absolute pleasure going into your Freeport Branch and I would definitely return here to shop in the future.

We arrived at the Braintree branch just to look. We were seen by Kerry who certainly not pushy and n knew her stock to perfection showing me all I asked for I walked out purchasing a bed and mattress which I was delighted with. Highly recommend

I was very impressed with the information collected on the machine and the assistant understood and interpreted the info to me in a very friendly and helpful manner. Because I came with my daughter she gave us time to decide which mattress out of those she had suggested I would like and was very patient through to the payment. Her name was Ann and I would like to thank her for her lovely service. I’m looking forward to my delivery in three days time.

I wasn't sure what kind of mattress I wanted when I arrived. I just knew I needed something to help with my bad back. The employee took me to a mattress that takes measurements etc and tells you the exact kind of mattress you need. Then the employee took me around to multiple mattresses to try. I didn't feel rushed at all, had a decent amount of time to test each, then limit it down to the top 3, and spend more on them to come up with a decision. The entire process was painless, and really made me pleased with the decision I made as I was able to test each and find the one that best suits me. The employee (Kevin) was offering me advice on each, and was extremely knowledgable.

I was looked after by Kerry. I was fortunate to be the only customer in store. The mattress matching machine was very efficient and Kerry listened to my requirements and could not have been more helpful. Without this assistance I would not have known where to start.

I walked straight into the store and explained to the lady what I had seen online. As I don’t know what I am talking about all I could say to her was what colour the bed was and that it was one that the bed lifted up onto its side. Straight away the lady who was assisting us knew exactly what I wanted and took me straight there, and said that is the one and I don’t want to look no more. She was ever so helpful as she was explaining different types of mattresses to my parents as well. She really knew what she was talking about.

We told your colleague what we were looking for and he immediately understood our needs and we quickly chose exactly what we were looking for.
