As soon as as I arrived I was welcomed by a staff member. No pushy sales pitch just genuinely good customer service throughout. Could not have been more helpful. The variety of options was great and the time spent and the knowledge on each bed was explained in full. Very pleased with the overall service received and would highly recommend. Ann, the sales assistant was so friendly and a true credit to your company.

It was Ross who assisted myself with picking the right bed, bedside cabinets and mattresses to go with them all and he did not pressure me and just just listened and advised all the way.
